Policy

Although Ailga has grown in the last three decades to employ in excess of 100 people, we have continued to concentrate our resources in servicing the specialized sector of the rubber moulding, rubber to metal bonded and extruded markets. As our company has always been oriented towards technically demanding applications, we are basically offering solutions to polymeric type problems, either in environmental sealing fields or other areas where our technical resources can be applied for solving our customer’s problem.

We have also built a range of press capacity to apply our material technology to large range of moulding capability. We are currently constructing a clear moulding area as our market development has taken us into precision moulding in the Indian Defence Forces, Navy, Aerospace and the Electronics Industry.

• Technical Facilities : Mould Design, Material Development and Product Testing Facilities. Fully equipped laboratory for quality assurance and process control.

• Mixing Facilities : 8 Nos. Mixing Mills, 2 Nos. Internal Mixers of 35 lit. & 50 lit. capacity, 3 Nos. Solution Mixing Machines 200 – 500 lit. capacity.

• Moulding Facilities :
  21 Nos. 5 Daylight Hydraulic Presses from 12″ x 12″ to 36″ x 36″ platen size 18 Nos.. Manual Presses from 12″ x 12″ to 24″ x 24″ platen sizes.
  7 Nos. Automatic Transfer/Injection Moulding Machines from 12″ x 12″ to 14″ x 14″ platen sizes.

• Extrusion Facilities :
  7 Nos. Rubber Extruders from 1″ to 6″ size capacities.
  1 Nos. Cold Feed Extruder Line 60mm size.

• Toolroom Facilities : 5 Nos. Turning Machines ranging from 4″ to 12″, Kent make MNTR Milling Machine, Surface Grinder, Spark Erosion Machine (EDM), Mould Lapping and Polishing Machine, Profile Projector etc.
